Dr Malcolm Rudd (Chiropractor) and his experienced staff are eager to meet you and your family, to help you discover how you can live life with optimal health, through comprehensive, natural healthcare options like chiropractic care.
Your First Visit
When you arrive for your first visit, you’ll be greeted by our front desk team. We are a paperless practice, so if you haven’t filled out forms online prior to your appointment, we’ll help you fill those out on one of our iPads before you’re seen by a member of the chiropractor team.
You’ll then get an office tour, where you’ll see the children’s area, the lending library, and the coffee and tea (and fruit bowl) area. You’re sure to feel right at home in our welcoming atmosphere.
From there, you’ll meet one of our doctors, who will go take you through a comprehensive fact-finding session. During this time, you’ll discuss your concerns, how they affect your life, and your health and trauma history. The assessment will include:
- A consultation
- Computerised nerve scan studies
- Neurological, orthopaedic and balance testing
- Digital X-rays, if necessary (on-site)
From there, you will set your goals for chiropractic care and let the doctor know what kind of results you’re hoping to achieve. The full appointment takes about 40 minutes.
Your Second Visit
Dr Malcolm will evaluate your examination, nerve scan results and X-rays to help you understand the source of your problem. The doctor will teach you how to interpret your results, so you have a full understanding of what is happening in your own body.
Follow-up appointments are about 5 to 10 minutes, and comfortable clothing is suggested for each visit to the practice.
